Hannah to Hannah is a monthly email publication of Hannah's Prayer Ministries. Unless otherwise noted, all materials are Copyrighted by Hannah's Prayer and no portion of these newsletter may be copied or reproduced without the prior written consent of Hannah's Prayer. If you wish to reprint an article that has been published in H to H, please see our Reprint Guidelines. The duplication of entire issues of Hannah to Hannah is permitted and encouraged as long as any copy of the newsletter is an exact duplication containing all copyright and organization information.
Hannah to Hannah is published on or around the first Monday of each month and made available through our Community Forums. Each issue is posted in full to our Newsletter Forum while select back issue articles are highlighted on this page.
Because we understand that fertility challenges may cause financial suffering in addition to spiritual, emotional, and physical pain, we are committed to not charging membership or subscription fees for our services. The gifts of those who are able to contribute to the ongoing needs of this ministry are our only regular source of income. These gifts are greatly appreciated and prayerfully used. This ministry has a "debt-free" policy and is only able to provide services as funds permit. Hannah's Prayer Ministries is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation.

Submission Policy (revised July 2002):
Hannah to Hannah is written by, for, and about "modern day
Hannahs" - couples facing fertility challenges and is edited by Jill,
who may be contacted at newsletter@hannah.org.
You are welcome to submit
original thoughts, stories, poems, Scripture passages, book reviews, pen-pal
requests, baby memorials or celebration announcements, fertility-related humor
or other articles to this newsletter. Hearing about your personal struggle
with infertility and God's faithfulness in your life is so important to us! But
because of the large number of submissions H to H receives each month, it
is sometimes
difficult to keep track of all of them. In order to make our work more
effective and less chaotic, all submissions to the newsletter (whether by snail
mail or e-mail) must include the following information:
— Full name
— Address
— City, State Zip
— Phone number
— E-mail address
— Has this work been published previously? Yes No
— (If yes, please provide publisher's name and address)
— Does H to H have your permission to use this work in the newsletter?

— OPTIONAL short biography about your infertility journey
If you have several submissions (example: sending one e-mail with several poems
attached or mailing several poems in one envelope) each individual
submission must include this information. Submissions not including this
information will not be used in H to H. Thank you for your assistance
with this new policy!
Due to space limitations, we are unable to include all submissions while some submissions may be edited or filed for future use. We are unable to acknowledge all submissions due to mail volume. All submissions become the property of Hannah's Prayer unless other copyright agreements are specified at the time of submission. We regret that we are unable to offer payment for your contributions, but appreciate your desire to share in the Lord's work of healing to hurting hearts through your writing efforts.
Submission Topics & Deadlines
When submitting materials to Hannah's Prayer for newsletter publication consideration, please submit material at least one month prior to the publication of the issue where you wish to see your work printed. For example, a Mother's Day article would likely be published in a newsletter mailed the first Monday of May, so we would desire your Mother's Day-related submissions by April first.
While we put each newsletter together with much prayer and sometimes feel led to address additional topics or to vary from this schedule, here is a general calendar of Hannah to Hannah issues we intend to address. These topics are very general and we are looking to cover a wide range of aspects of each. If there is a topic you are interested in that you do not think would fit in any of these categories, please let us know.

Guidelines for Reprinting from H to H:
For an individual or organization to reprint an article first published in
the Hannah to Hannah newsletter, permission must be received in writing
from either the Hannah to Hannah Editor and/or the specific article's
author. The reprint of any article from this newsletter must include a printed
mention of when and where the article first appeared and the mailing/web site
addresses of Hannah's Prayer. Example:
"The Waterfall, by April Whiddon Matthews, has been
reprinted by permission and first appeared in the Spring, 1997 issue of Hannah
to Hannah, the newsletter of Hannah's Prayer, PO Box 168, Hanford, CA
93232-0168.

A copy of the publication in which the Hannah to Hannah article is reprinted is to be sent to Hannah's Prayer within one month of publication.

Hannah's Prayer is a California based, non-profit 501(c)(3)
organization, established Jan 1, 1995. All staff members are unpaid volunteers who are proclaiming
Christians (from a range of denominational backgrounds) and have personal
experience with the heartache of fertility challenges.

designed exclusively for Hannah's Prayer by
