How Can I Promote a Resource Through Hannah's Prayer?
Hannah's Prayer Position Statement on Supernatural Childbirth
We are pleased to announce that our library has reopened as of May, 2004, under our wonderful new librarian, Lisa!
We encourage you to review our book list for a specific title you wish to borrow, or you may share your story with Lisa and ask her to select one that she believes may be helpful to you.
As funds permit, Hannah's Prayer will be happy to offer you any books in our library on a two month loan. If you need more time, please let us know by e-mailing us at library@hannah.org and we will be happy to extend your loan period unless another person is currently waiting for the resource you have borrowed. When requesting a loan renewal, please include your name and title of the book that you have.
Book returns and financial contributions may be sent to: Hannah's Prayer Ministries, PO Box 168, Hanford, CA 93232-0168. If you are able help us with the cost of library upkeep and shipping, a $5-10 donation per book is greatly appreciated. A receipt of all donations will be sent for your tax records.
Hannah's Prayer frequently receives requests from individuals, publishers, organizations and businesses asking us to endorse and/or promote specific resources. When we find useful resources that are in full agreement with both our Statement of Faith and position on Faith and Fertility, we are excited to make them known to our members by reviewing them in our newsletter or adding them to our lending library. If you would like to submit a resource for our review, please send us a complimentary copy of your item along with a letter explaining how you believe your resource will be of value to our membership. While we strive to give every resource fair consideration, for a variety of reasons, the Hannah's Prayer Board is unable to accommodate every request. Submissions should be sent to:

Hannah's Prayer Position Statement on Supernatural Childbirth
One book that is frequently presented to Hannah's Prayer as a resource possibility is Supernatural Childbirth. While we typically do not single out many resources for negative review, the Hannah's Prayer Board believes a response is warranted due to the large number of inquiries we have received concerning this specific book. Jackie Mize, the author of Supernatural Childbirth, promotes a philosophy of conception, pregnancy and childbirth that Hannah's Prayer Board finds incompatible with Scripture used in its proper context.
